2003 kia rio help

Hello out their! I was wondering how many watts can i run in a stock 2003 kia rio? i have herd that it can blow the computers or damage something. can i add a extra battery in the trunk with out it hurting the small alternator? I had a MTX 200 watt audio amp and it would hold it good also.

What size alternator does it have? I'm guessing maybe around 80 amps or so.
