This is a hard to answer poll, I like both, own both, but the galaxy 959 has a nice board in it, with a Freq counter.....So for a Moble CB, I'll go with a Galaxy, something to remember, Cobra has their radios made for them, Uniden did it for years, now Maxon makes them............................

Now I run mostly export radios....thats another poll I guess

Why isn't it working for you papatom? is it enabled on your profile... it probably isn't your spelling, i get going typing fast and make mistakes myself...

I get real good comments on my tweaked cobra 29 but not so much when i drove a truck with a galaxy dx 44 v,I assume something wasn't right with the galaxy but just this morning it was quiet for a Saturday and on the way to get my truck washed 2 other big talkers in my area said how clean and it was wall 2 wall and treetop tall...I just don't get it.

Oh well, it wouldnt let me poll. I have a Cobra base and a Galaxy base. Galaxy, Hands down. More features, More power, Sounds better !
