I traded a forum member some CB equipment for a yaesu 2800m or a Icom 2200h. I have a handheld dualband radio(radioshack HTX-420). For a base I am going to use echolink. Thanks for the congrats and still waiting for my callsign lol.
Oh Great, we lost another one and we won't hear from him. He is a Big Boy now. Think of us Cb'rs ones in a while when you key the Mic and talk to Spain or Germany or Japan.

That's right, 2 meter and the other bands in the spectrum are fun, but I LOVE 11 meter just as much now as I did back before I got my ticket. Good luck and enjoy.
