Alright now the day has finally arrived. I tell you what Stephen at Mud Duck Electronics is definitely good to his word I couldn't be happier right now. If your looking at the EastCoast amps go on ahead and get with him cause he sure will take care of you.

I concur. I bought a 4 pill and the one that arrived would not work. I sent it back and Steve sent me another one faster than I could tell him that I wanted some other items. I have bought more from him and everything has arrived as specified with no problems. The replaced 4 pill is working great.

Accidents happen, shippers damage, parts break. I understand these things happen and can work with that. The real test of a business is how they handle a claim or problem.
