Is this the one with the ring around it. Sorta looks like a cone? base antenna

Yea, I had one, believed it was better than the A99,,,NOT,,,it was about 20 ft tall, and it really wasn't a skip talker, less gain than the A99,,,now I'm back to the A99, half the price of that antenna
