This is what i am looking to do . I would like to wire my Turner +3B to my Kenwood TS 430S can't find any info on the HOW TO. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this? Also if possible a diagram for wiring a D104 TUG 9 to the same radio. Thanks

Both microphones have to be set to the relay switching position.

D104 TUG9
Pin
1. White
2. Red
7. Shield
8. Blue

This is for the the Plus 3 I don't know if it's the same as the Plus 3B
Pin
1. White
2. Red
7. Shield
8. Black

Here's the pinouts for the kenwood transceivers and microphones.

The Plus 3B should be a 6 wire mic. It wire the same as a D-104 with one difference. Blue = Red. So on a 8 pin Kenwood it will be 1= white 2= blue 7= shield 8=red yellow and Black no connection. I also have the code for the 5 and 6 pin kenwood.
