Computer soundcard for cb audio?

Been wondering if this would work. I know nothing about audio impedences and such. Any thoughts and/or ideas?

I wasn't sure if it was too much power or too little. I don't know about that stuff. I have been hearing abot hifi audio on 11 meter and it has just peaked my interest some.

That and using a computer for remote operation of a cb. Just to do it. I know there are regs against it but with the wayy FCC rolls I am sure I will be of very little interest to them.

My guess I would need some sort of audio isolation between the computer and radio which I have and can convert no problem

WOW Pro Tools is a bit pricey
