Need Wiring Diagram or pin-out for cobra 4pin to Cobra 5pin

I'm looking for someone who has successfully wired a cobra 4 pin microphone to a cobra 19XS with the 5 pin DIN

I've looked all over and have found much conflicting information.

What I really need is the following:

Audio - Shield - TX - RX

I also heard you had to jumper two pins to get it to work?

forgot to mention if the original mic has a gray button it will not work on a 4 pin..

here is a read out for the astatic mic
1- white
2- red
3- n/c
4- shield & blue
5- black
yellow wire not used.
