I can remember if that's the same site or not but you can download a free propagation "gadget" for your computer there. It's just a small deal on the right hand side of your computer screen that shows you real time band conditions and solar activity. Pretty neat.

I believe you are talking about HamCap, but I could be wrong.
I imagine there are probably quite a few of these tools, gadgets.
I really like the website above because VE3EN, Kevin, takes it very serious to keep all of us radio operators up-to-date.
