I currently run an Astatic 636L noise cancelling mic and love it.
I'm thinking of upgrading to an Astatic power mic, but have a question first.
A lot of folks seem to like the standard D104 M6B regular power mic.
I like the red Road Devil style power mic D104E.
Are the internals the same just in different housings?

I am going to beat JJD to the punch and say..."Get a Ranger SRA 198 and be done with it..." I too ran a 636 for a long time until I tried a 198. Not even in the same class. Sorry Str8...

As for a Power Mic...The RF Limited Xtreme 2018 runs about the same price range as the Road Devil, and is twice the Mic...
