who has come up with a solution to putting an antenna on the old Ford Bronco's,, they have the fiberglass "topper" remember.
i have seen the quarter panel mounted whips, and i suppose i've seen smaller antennas mounted on the metal roof(cab).
also seen the hood mounts,
is there another solution?

Re: ant. on a Bronco/fiberglass rear top
I had a Jeep and bought a fiberglass hardtop to use during the winter months, because of removing it during the summer I ran a ball mount on the rear quarter panel with a 5ft or 102" whip. A friend had a Corvette and installed a 4ft base loaded antenna (think it was a Antenna Apecialist), he placed adhesive metal tape under the headliner to act as the counterpoise, I did this same thing on my '05 Nissan Altima trunk mount (plastic trunk lid).
