Hi all
This is my clipperton L haveing a little trouble with it ! So any help I can get would be great !
I have had all kinds of new stuff put in it !
I have put new caps new board new tubes I am only getting 700 on low and high !
So I open it and found this wire laying there ! Where does it go ? And is that why I am only getting 700 Watts ?

Not sure of that wire. But there is a wire looks like connected to Load cap right under the brown wire. It looks like a cold solder joint.
