General lee with mosfets

i have a general lee that is showing a 20 watt dead key switching from high to low power no difference and i have no modulation tx light does not turn red though. i can hear my voice on fm. any suggestions?

the large trans setting to the side of the case with 3 legs will go bad and cause this fault. it is a 2sb827 trans. there should be 13 volts on the outer 2 legs and about 4 to 5 on the center leg.

AM and FM are 2 different circuits. Hearing modulation in FM rules out any microphone problems. If you are seeing wattage in AM and FM mode then the finals aren't blown, I'd go with what "sonoma" is saying, the AM audio transistor is bad.
