Need schematic for Knight Safari 1
Hi all--The subject pretty well sums this up! I'm looking desperately for a schematic for a Knight Safari 1. I was able to find information that it was first offered for sale in 1965, but that is interesting information, not need-to-know information. It has 11 tubes if that helps the hunt for anyone. Can someone PLEASE tell me where to buy one or if anyone has one that you're willing to share??
Thank you!!
Diane
Thank you!!

Wow, That takes me back to my days working at Allied Radio Shack, (worked for Lafayette and Heathkit too) , I think I remember that radio too. does it have a model number, maybe one of the old Sam's Photofacts would help even if it' not the same model, most radios back then were the same inside, just different faceplates and housings.

Re: Need schematic for Knight Safari 1
Hi Greg
Thank you for the answer--I was out of town on a family situation, so I'm playing catch up now. This Knight says Safari 1. There are also some numbers that don't appear to obviously be a model number but are on a label that says to refer to these numbers for servicing: 83Y8C9 613005 702. I don't know if that helps, but I hope it means something to SOMEONE!
Still hoping for help!

I'm working on one of these Safari 1 rigs now. I've used m best GoogleFu and determined that service info for this CB is made of Unobtanium!
