Post by Popeye3 »

Was looking into a pyramid ps52kx for a galaxy 98vhp. Will this work ok? Also I see it has a voltage adjust, how would I go about setting it? Any other info or anything I need to know would be great, thanks.

I am not a fan of Pyramid power supplies (have a couple dead under the bench I'll fix when I can) but the 52KX is the size I would get for that particular radio. When checking out a power supply don't just go by it's model number. Most times that is it's peak output, the continuous output is what you need to look at. GI Joe's has that brand at an excellent price.
