Well, I finally got set up to shoot skip and do it right! In the shack are now an Icom 756PRO and an Icom ID-5100a! Already hit the west coast and a lot of the NE!

You'll get no argument from me on that one! I took down my Hustler 5/8 wave gp and put up an eight band cobweb antenna and, while I'm still resonant on 27.385, there is a lot more action 20M and a whole lot less noise!
