My Personal Cobra 2000gtl has no TX.. well very very little... can hear it on a radio real close by on SSB, and just a slight hum on AM, had no Rx either, did a complete recap and got Rx back, the Tx is baffling me, changed out the 1307 final to a 1969, still no Tx... Heeeeellllllpppp! lol

No sir, well as I said, you can faintly hear it on a radio roughly a foot of 2 away.

Clean the Bias adjustments in the driver/final section, then readjust bias according to specs.
Test it out.
If you still have same issue, then replace the 2 bias electrolytic caps in the driver/final section, readjust bias and retest.
If you still have no transmit, then check collector voltage on driver, then on final. Replace faulty driver or final, readjust bias, test again.
