Would anyone have info or the board design for Galaxy N channel kit to mod the 146gtl radio.

Info needed is the 2 ic chips and any other parts used for the channel kit.
Also the install directions would help.

I think you can find the instructions on CB Tricks, I believe they are the same kit as the Expo Expander 100 model N kit. CB Tricks is surprisingly still on the internet, still has a lot of good info but a lot of bad too.

My memory isn't what it used to be but someone posted about making boards not long ago.

even if I had a picture of the back and front of the board.

There are 2 kits the Expo and the Galaxy I think the Galaxy is the better one as the clarifier is separate from the N kit So im looking for that one.
I think the Expo one you have to tie some wires to the clarifier on these radios that need the N kit. Could be wrong

Back at this N channel kit in the Spector H.F. it says it will work on the cobra 29LTD GTLs but do not give the tie points for the in and out lines.
Has anyone installed an N kit in a 29ltd gtl?
Any info appreciated.

The directions are for the uniden AR 144 cobra 146 and sears 3810 SSB radios. there is a list of about 30 am radios this will work in but no directions
