Thanks guys.

Came home this afternoon with some daylight to tackle the SWR's

Had to cut off quite a bit of the stinger. Actually more than I thought I would have to but now its perfectly flat between ch. 1 and 40.
And it handles power ALOT better than the 102".

With the RF power on low with the 102" I was 1.2 and on high it would go way up to where I never ran the radio over half rfpower.

With the 10K I got 1.2 on full power on 1-40 channels.

Very happy with the way it tuned. And I think this meter might be reading a little high. so I got an astatic 600 coming to double check everything.

But shes good to go.. Rocking and rolling. Now I just need some skip to roll in so I can see how it does!!!!!!!

Thanks

Yea seems to be grounded very well. . Took the mulitmeter before I started adjusting SWR's and checked for connectivity. Mount to lid, Lid to toolbox, Toolbox to bolt that goes threw bed on the bottom side, Toobox to bed itself, and grounding cable at the mount to bed and everything showed great connectivity.
And the SWR's just backed it up.
