I bought a Texas Star 1600V from ALA and it worked fine until i tried to hook it up using my base antenea. I think my SWR was to high cause it no worky after that.

Anyway i called up ALA to see where i could send it to get fixed, at my exspense i thought. They had me send it to Texas Star repair out of california. The replaced 8 transitors and shipped it back NO CHARGE! No questions asked.
That is great service!

Texas Star replaced 8 pills at no charge?? That must be the one and only time any amp builder ever did that.
