is there any mods for hand held radios or are only certain brands that you can mod, if so what are they brands and mods available, thanks.

As I posted on the other thread, clarify handheld.

I have 2 handheld CB radios on ebay right now but I dont know of any mods.

A mod might work if it were plugged in but not on batterys.

I take "hand held" as the Cobra 75 which is an all in one unit....then there is the "walkie talkie" type hand held.

Sorry i didn't get a email saying there was a reply to this post.
by hand held i mean a "walkie talkie" type radio.
I figure boosting the power would be rough on batteries but there is usually a 12 volt plug for in the truck.
any mods like power boost,extra channels,noise toys etc.
