How to tune & peak this radio ?

Can go to [Please login or register to view this link] and find good stuff like that but only thing they had on that radio is the manual.

I looked in my personal files and didnt find anything either, sorry

is there any information that currently came out on turning up the wattage on this radio? claysradioshop.com says you can send them the radio and then will do their performance tune up on it, but i am sketchy of sending them the radio. anyone know of a good shop capable of tuning the power on this radio?

I don't have any info for that radio, but do for the following:

Radio ---------Mod Boost------------------- Power

18 LTD -------------CUT D13 or CUT R84-------L7, L6, L5

18 PLUS ------------CUT D12----------------------- L 7

18 RV -------------- RV501 or CUT D502-------- L304, L305, L306

I have a Cobra 19 LTD II... would those mods be the same for my radio?

Also, under "Power" you have listed "L7, L6, L5" but what are we supposed to do with those? Do we cut those also?

Thanks for the info, but what does "Power L7, L8" mean? What are those? What do I actually do with L7 and L8? Will I understand once I take a look inside the radio?
