Can anyone suggest a high output alternator (150 amps ) for the Ford 5.4L 3V engines such as is in use with the current F series pickups, and the 2003 and up Expeditions / Navigators?

Due to the extreme use this vehicle sees, I am considering an Optima battery. What is the strongest / highest output battery they offer?

Ive only seen in a few magazines but a local hammy guy told me here about 6 months about the Blue Top he said they are awesome he uses em in his motorhome and said i think 2 or three of em will handle the surge of a 16 pill but ive never seen it just what he told me

The Motorcityman link is for the 97-03 5.4L 2V engines. The alternators are different I think... That is why I am asking. But I will dig a bit...
