Yep, I have been telling people for the past four months that were complaining about all the rain to stop it, cause come August and September we will be begging for it!

What is this "rain" that you speak of? We don't get that here.

Our summer has been very nice and mild this year so far. I can only think of a couple days that were hot although we too haven't peaked yet like you. The nice thing is that it hasn't been humid like last summer.

Small world. My wife is from Harrisburg and one of her sisters lives somewhere down in rural pope on a farm. I only lived in Marion while going to school. I'm with you about moving back but have the headache of finding the right services for my daughter. Evansville, IN has really good things said about their program which I plan to investigate on our next trip back.

LOL that is funny. Small world indeed not too many people from that general area. Harrisburg is where I stay when I visit know since my sister lives in Eldorado now and my Dad lives in Herod.

Ok I'll stop hijacking the thread know, just got homesick hearing about the mid west weather.

While I am sure there are places worse, We have had a week of 100 + temps with 80+ humidity here. Makes working outdoors harder than it should be. We have now set records last est in 1902. I sure hope fall comes early and bow season is mild !
