Man this really bugs me when Firefox deletes all of my bookmarks.... This is the 3rd time it has happened. I have followed all the instructions to retrieve bookmark backups but the file does not exist. I have never had any problems with the program except this and i am breaking up with Mozilla, nor will i go back to IE.

Anybody else have this problem?     :x :x :x :x

Our customers never have that problem. We tell our customers to use Firefox or Opera for best performance. You can call our PC mechanic for help with this issue. We have loaded hundreds of laptops with firefox and have never had a problem.

I have never had a problem with Firefox. Been using it for years on several different computers.

Hope you're not shutting down the computer with firefox running.
The part about periodically saving your bookmarks sounds like a good idea if your having such trouble.

I've been running firefox for just over six months with no problems. I hope you can clear things up.
