Skip was rolling on 12 am band D from porto rico. A guy heard me ( With My Bare Feet ! ) but my spanish is not great. A cupla guys I talk to connected with him as well. Need to brush up on my spanish.

Ya skips been rolling strong around here the last 4 days.I've heard people on channel 28 and 30 from every were.Some times its so strong it covers some of the locals up.

It's kinda funny how I was reading on NASA's site about how we're in the solar minimum right now (which means not much skip).

Then I go and get in the truck and it's a rollin (somewhat.)

It hasn't been much except most of the channels today had spanish speaking people on them. I know one guy on the superbowl, 19 blue water I think, was really loud and I thought he said he was from Puerto Rico.

Purdy cool I thought. That was between 3:45 and 5:30 EST

Hopefully the guy wasn't 2 blocks over from you and "from Puerto Rico"

He was really loud which got me wondering whether or not he was actually from there.
Maybe sombody else heard him cause I might have misunderstood him.

I'm assuming that Puerto Rico doesn't have any kind of FCC so they can legally talk loud and proud.

hell if he was puerto rican he might have no clue what the FCC is anyway and been in the US broadcasting 10x the legal wattage...

I thought the guy I talked to said over water. may be the same guy and yup he was LOUD !

Oh well my ideas are just jokin around mostly anyway.. most skippin i've ever done is picking up others on my base back when I used to run one. I've picked up a guy as far as Kansas (so he claimed) here in Charlotte on that old thing... but i don't even remember what brand that base was, let alone any model info.
