I was receiving Puerto Rico as well as Costa Rica earlier today, probably the same stations as you, they were on channel 9 cb. They were super clear in my mobile, and when I moved to a higher location near my house I was able to make contact. They were speaking spanish and ignored me at first, but luckily my sister was in the car and I got her to say a few words and they came back immediatley I was impressed, and goes to prove that the Xforce was enough to get me out there :D

There was a lot of noise last nite and today, I was thinkin about surfin the chans to find some skip but work got in the way.

when skip is rolling I usually go to a local parking garage about 5 stories high and broadcast, I'm not running power at the house just yet.Heard skip all day on 6 yesterday and 26 from south like Texas and such but could not make a contact at sea level though.
