Well I just got off the phone with Mike and placed my order for a new radio to replace my Cobra29. I'm so excited now. I feel like a kid with one week to go till x-mas. I can't wait to get the new radio, but I also don't want to rush Mike. I want him to know he can take his time so that he knows it's done right.
But to say the least, that's the best customer service experience I've ever had over the phone. It wasn't like talking to someone I was buying a product from, but rather almost like talking to a buddy who was giving me advice. Absolutely fantastic!
