anybody ever talk to charlie brown?

Has anybody ever made contact with a Charlie Brown in London, KY? I heard this guy last night on a big base somewhere around me talking to Iowa, Tennessee, New Jersey, North Carolina, just to name a few. He was getting out last night! Of course, I couldn't make contact with the people he was talking to (although I could hear them fine). Just wondering if any of them might have been any of the forum members here.

the only charlie brown i know is in flordia. and he has a big big station. i talked to him yesterday. if it is the one you are talking about he is in flordia. haven't heard one out of ky

Nah, this would definately have been in Kentucky, because he said I was coming in loud and clear. I know my little wil isn't broadcasting loud and clear to Florida. That would be nice, though...

you never know. but that is the only charlie brown i know. and this guy is loud. i have ta;ked to the keystone from virginia on a lil wil when i first started out in cb with a little 2 pill texas star. next time you talk to him ask him were he is at.

I'm with blackjack on this one.The only Charlie Brown i know of is in Florida and yes he does have a big radio!!I have talked to him a few times.He's one of the regulars on 26.915.

I agree with these guys, he has a loud station, just ask him,,,talked to him last week from Ohio to his station with only 40 watts of power,,,skip was right, he sound as clear as if he was about a mile down the road,,,sounds like your new radio might be talking,,,

I talked to this guy last night. He said he was in London, KY and I was coming in loud and clear. I guess we're talking about a different charlie brown.

I have talked to both Charlie Browns. Mostly the one in Florida...I have also talked to at least 3 maybe 4 "Jesse Jame's" around the country too!

Chances are...there are probably several more Charlie Browns lerking around out there to somewhere.... :shocked:

Not sure howmany Snoopy's there are though....
