The best mic for that radio in my opinion. Had one many years ago that I ran on a 2510/Lincoln/2600 and wish I still had that mic(and the radio's for that matter). Back to having
the 2510 and the Lincoln but the mic is a little harder to come by.

is the wiring I posted correct ??? I beleive it is... as far as the 575 m6 I see guys getting over 100 bucks for em used.. I have it on a President Grant and it is great... The Grant is going into retirement and the 2510 into 10 meter action... 11 meters will not see much use but is there if need be.. the Grant has very little use on it, that thing has a hot receiver !!

I have had my President HR 2510 for many years with no problem done up with the chip-switch . I have been thinking of a microphone and saw this post . I am going for my Ham license also and dedicate my radio to just 10 meter as I have other radios for CB . Thanks for the info . I will keep an eye for the mike .

My 575M6B is dedicated to the home base shack, no more mobile action for that baby. If I win the lottery I wouldn't hesitate to buy another 575 from evil-pay (fleapay). They're worth it. I saw one at a ham fest for $15!!!!! I'm kicking myself for not grabbing it. I always run a lithium 9v in the 575, lasts for ever and no chance of leaking, $9.00 per battery worth it. I'm even nervous running Duracells in my other mics, I've had one leak on me.......

HR2510, Astatic 575 + a Killer Bee High Drive DX250 HDV on a Wilson 1000 was an awesome set-up I ran 20 years ago.( I still have them) I will NEVER get rid of that radio, amp or microphone!
