Good evening I have a 653 B Royce microphone 4 pin I need a diagram for. trying to wire for a Royce 23 channel cb thanks

Hello babysitter,
That microphone may not work for the other Royce radio (you didn't say what model), the 653B is relay switching. If you open up the mic plug it may only have 3 wires in it.
