Re: Courier BTM-4 wiring to Realistic
I can but I got 3 questions for you first,
1. Is the original mic plug still on the mic?
2. What Courier radio was the mic wired for?
3. What Realistic radio do you want to wired it to?

Re: Courier BTM-4 wiring to Realistic
I believe you are in luck, I think that mic can work on a electronic switching radio, if I remember correctly.
The Courier wiring is,
tip-----white---audio
ring----red-----TX
sleeve-ground/shield
nc------black--RX
so the wiring to the TR-453 is,
pin1---ground/shield
pin2---nc
pin3---red
pin4---white
pin5---black
I am hoping that the black wire is connected to the switch in the mic, some were, some weren't, if that is the case you will have to open the mic and make the connection opposite the red wire on the switch. This will have to all be reversed to use the mic on the Courier again.
