Welcome to the forum. That Turner microphone had 2 versions, the newer of the 2 has a "Relay/Electronic" switch on the bottom next to the battery. If it does then yes it will wire to the Cobra 29NWST or most Cobra radios for that matter. Place the switch on "Electronic" and the wiring would be;
pin 1 - shield
pin 2 - audio/white
pin 3 - transmit/black
pin 4 - receive/red
That microphone will be fine on a AM radio but really shines (sounds better) on SSB. Good luck on the wiring.
