Anybody know what this board is there is 7 positions? Runs back and ties into the antenna wire. Thanks in advance numbers from the board ru 94hb I can email or text pictures if anybody would like to see

Sorry guys it is the weather band board. Smh idiot moment. But on a side note. Anyone have a place to start on finding out what could be wrong with the nightwatch panel? The dimmer does work meter light rx led and channel selector all dim and brighten as they should didn't know if that meant it was the faceplate or not but thanks in advance guys
