How do you convert the new connex 3300 hp does it have the chip like the 3400

Yeah but it isn't right. This connex 3300hp has the resistors that need to be removed. Been a while since I have done one I couldn't remember but thanks I figured it out.

I knew the older model 3300 had the 4 resistors on the solder side of the board but wasn't sure about the newer "HP".

Yeah I didn't think that it was done like that anymore but I guess they are. This is a new radio the guy bought it last week and just brought it to me to convert
