I've got 2 buddies that have that same radio. One has his swinging about 17 watts I think.

found a site with info on there, cb tricks did not have anything

Power Mods

1.Cut D9 which is the audio limiter .
2.Tune L15, L16, L17 for max swing

i would not suggest cutting anything, from what i heard it makes it worse
