Good Evening All,
I have an RCI-2950 new version, the radio worked when I last used it. I can hear it power on, relay engage (click power on, and power off), but no beep when turned on. I can hear the change in the speaker as I go through the modes. With that said there is no display, no keypad lights. So, it is like half working.
Maybe somebody had the same symptoms to save me a bit of time. I would like to salvage the radio if I can, as it was hardly ever used.

maybe it's just the display lighting that broke. The RCI 2950 has a dim switch. Have you tried it?
You wrote that the radio can be switched on. Does it TX and RX like normal? Maybe a fuse? There are also cases of processor failure.
