Where's 1-Stop?
Just wondering why 1 Stop Electronics isn't answering email. I ordered a couple of Predator 10K heavy duty mounts from them back on October 26, they charged my credit card for the full amount, and whoosh, that was the last time I heard from them.
I've written to 1 Stop several times, asking for a shipping update on my mounts, but no answer. Yeah, I know the website says they're moving, but does that mean they also completely stopped answering email? Anybody know?

When did they charge you? Moving a business isnt a whim type of situation, I know. If I knew there was a pending move and I couldnt get the item out to UPS that day or the next business day, a customers CC did not get charged. Plain and simple.
Moving physical location should not inhibit a shops ability to receive/answer email and again, if it does, this is foreknown stuff - once again a reason not to charge someone.
Do they have a phone number? Call them up if both email and phone number attempts go without any results, then chargeback time. Remember, its not rude to do this to a business that does not answer attempts of contacting them. Sponsor or not, no sympathy towards such a business.
Unless they were hit by a category 4 hurricane, in which case, give some leniency - speaking from a business owner having endured one that hit directly.

Oh, it was charged to my account on October 26, and remained "pending" until October 30, when it was officially posted as paid from my account. So they definitely received their money last month.
And, hey, I'm not complaining, I'm not even suspicious. 1-Stop is good folks, and I'm just curious about what could be preventing them from replying to my email. I think maybe I will drop them a landline and see what's up.

WildRoot...Are you talking about "1-Stop Electronics" or "1-Stop Communications? (a.k.a. 1-Stop CB Shop) ".... Because these are two different critter's...
If your talking about 1-Stop Electronics, then your on the wrong Forum to be asking the question!;) You need to go to their Web page or Forum, and contact Frank (a.k.a. "Mr. 1-Stop")
They recently did move, and some phone lines were turned off. Best thing to do if this is the shop your talking about, is to contact Frank by PM or email from their site. (these are the guys in Chicago)
