Does anybody have the mods for this radio ..Thanks Ben

This is one of the radios that sounds excellent with the audio limiter removed.
1) Remove TR24!!! This opens up the SSB and AM modulation.
2) Replace the 10K Ohm R126 with a 4.7K Ohm 1/4 or 1/8 watt resistor.
3) Adjust L38 for maximum swing.
4) Adjust VR10 for the desired AM key wattage.

There is also a way to "Volt" the final and get even more watts but that would seriously shorten the life of the final to make it not worthwhile.
