CB Radio Talk

Well it is official, I finally got to do some DXing and talked to a few folks.. My set up was doing really good according to a few of these contacts.. the skip was doing real good down here in TX. Here is what I got..
My info was ToolBox 353 in the Lone Star State

Ch 17 Wild Bill in Alabama, Got a comeback once from Arizona, but didn't catch him again over the others..

Ch 8 SeeSaw gave me a come back that he heard me.. then some started saying you better get off my channel Don't see his name next to my channel/freq list

CH 22 Got the most contacts:
1377 Highroller in the Ford Ranger
DeLo Brown 351 SE Miss, Wayne Co.. Really strong and he said I was hitting him really good..
Great Eagle Lovel Miss
Got about 3 others that were coming in and out, I could hear them saying they caught the 353 in the Lone Star State...

Just wanted to check and see if anyone I talked to was here..

Man it was nice... 351 said, did I hear you say you were on a mobile? I said yes Sir and I am setting at my house surrounded by 30' scrub oaks... Man it is good to be walkin' and talkin' again... It has been a long time... and none of my set ups were even close to what I have now...

What is a good channel to catch folks from here? I was just channel flipn' and clickn'.. stopped when I heard someone talking..

Nope not me but i do know a 351 in Mississippi but he's in Lee county not Wayne county

Cool... You may have been right, it was hard to read my chicken scratch and there were a lot of people chatting... but I guess we were walking over them That felt good too

Next time the skip is strong , go to ch 10am and scream for the "LIGHTHOUSE STATION" , we have been getting a lot of Texas skip in coastal Ga. lately. Talk to "COTTONMOUTH" out of Texas pretty regular. Also "BIG JOHN" , he is always good for a laugh!

Will do man.. I may head out to the mobile in a little bit to see how is it going.. Never know right Keep an ear out in a bit...

I talked to somebody on 15 in FL today but I cant remember who it was anymore

Went out and checked a little bit ago.. No decent skip over here in TX.. May try again in a bit..
