General Sherman Questions

I need some minor help on this Sherman. It has the EPT014814Z board. It's getting out really well, but the owner wants me to do something with the talkback. It is extremely loud. I've done many of the "galaxy" mods to turn down talkback. Is there anything I can do this Sherman? Can't find much info on it. Any help would be appreciated.
